1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The order was canceled before processing or shipping.

  • The product was not delivered within the guaranteed delivery timeframe (if applicable).


2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Provide your order number, reason for the refund, and clear photo or video evidence (if applicable).

  • Wait for our team to review and approve your request before returning the product.

⚠️ Please do not return any item before receiving confirmation from us.


3. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, e-wallet).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank information may be requested for refund processing.

  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after receiving the correct item in good condition.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Returned items that are incomplete, used, or not in original condition.

  • Returns requested outside the eligible time frame without valid reason.


5. Exchanges (if applicable)

In certain situations, we may offer a product exchange instead of a refund:

  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same product type if a defect or issue is verified.

  • If the item is out of stock, you may request a refund or choose a different product (price difference applies).
