Jetrapic Return Policy

At Jetrapic, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return policy to make your shopping experience hassle-free.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for items purchased from jetrapic.net under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to accept returns.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
  • Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging (if applicable), including all accessories, tags, and manuals. If the product was shipped with additional packaging (e.g., boxes or protective wrapping), it must be returned as well.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance items or final sale products
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your product is eligible for return, please contact our customer service team before sending it back.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@jetrapic.net or call (423) 869-2093 within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This is necessary for processing your return. Please note that returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

  3. Ship the Item Back: Once you receive your RMA number, please pack the item securely and ship it back to us. The return address will be provided along with the RMA number. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error made by Jetrapic or a defective product.


4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at info@jetrapic.net to arrange the exchange. The same return process applies, and you will be responsible for shipping costs for both the return and the exchange.


5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Report the issue to us within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective item.

  2. Provide Proof: Include photographs of the damage or defect and your order number in your email or phone call. We will review the details and assist you with either a return, exchange, or refund.

In cases where the product is defective or damaged during shipping, Jetrapic will cover the return shipping costs.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer’s Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, size, or preference, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Jetrapic’s Responsibility: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, or if we made an error in your order, we will cover the return shipping costs.


7. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at info@jetrapic.net or call (423) 869-2093. If your order has already been shipped, it will follow the standard return process.


8. Gift Returns

If you received a Jetrapic item as a gift and wish to return it, we offer a store credit or exchange in place of a refund. To initiate the return, please provide the gift recipient’s details and order information, and we’ll guide you through the process.
